Instructor Guide is in very good condition! The workbook is missing about 15 out of the 89+ Lessons. The missing lessons are near the begining and can be pieced together through the Instructor Guide. A few other lessons have writing in them with pencil. Lessons 39-89 plus the Writing & Dictionary lessons are blank and in good shape.
